news reader cannot see articles

Okay, create an entry for this group with:

    tdx-util -c -n weed.pso.paypal -f y -a 1-50

replacing the "y" with "m" if the group is moderated and replacing "1-50"
with the actual range of article numbers in the group.

Then run:

    tdx-util -R /News/articles/weed/pso/paypal -n weed.pso.paypal

again.  You'll probably still get complaints about missing history
entries, but this may fix it.

The interesting question is why ctlinnd newgroup didn't create overview
for the group....
