Inn takes long time to start

This message is normal on Linux systems with IPv6 support and is probably
unrelated to the slow startup problem.

Taking a long time to start up is almost always due to DNS timing out on
hosts in incoming.conf, which should show up in news.notice as error
messages prior to the full startup of innd.
