[radvd-announce-l] ANNOUNCE: radvd 0.7.0 is available

Pekka Savola and I would like to announce the availability of radvd 0.7.0,
a IPv6 router advertisement for Linux and BSD.

This version marks a transfer of maintainership from Lars Fenneberg to
ourselves, as Lars no longer has time to continue the project.  We thank
Lars for his past work on radvd and his endorsement of our improvements.

radvd 0.7.0 contains support for NMBA links such as ISATAP, as well as
bugfixes and some general cleanup.

Source and binaries in tar.gz and RPM format are available from the
website:
