[radvd-announce-l] radvd-0.7.2 is available

Hello,

New version of radvd, 0.7.2, is available.  Improvements include:

- add support for VLANs (from USAGI)
- fix a syntax error in radvd.conf(5) sample documentation
- make it compile better on newer NetBSD's (NetBSD folks)
- use IPV6_RECV{HOPLIMIT,PKTINFO} not IPV6_{HOPLIMIT,PKTINFO} if supported
- a lot of coding style cleanups
- don't create radvd gid, in Red Hat spec file
