[radvd-announce-l] radvd 0.9 released

Hi,

A new version of radvd has been released.  There hasn't been any major 
changes, just regular maintenance and a couple of new features for 
those who need them.  Get it at: http://www.litech.org/radvd/

I'd also like to use the opportunity to thank Nathan Lutchansky, now 
stepping down, for his many years of co-maintaining radvd.

There have been the following changes since 0.8:
  - radvdump cleaned up, only config-file syntax supported
  - add NEMO Basic support (RFC3961) and fix default
    HomeAgentLifetime
  - more robust timer handler in case the kernel is buggy
  - new default logging method "stderr_syslog";
    Everything is logged on syslog, but the most important messages
    (i.e., start-up failures) are also logged on stderr.
