[radvd-announce-l] radvd version 1.9 released

Hi,

Radvd v1.9 has been release.  Radvd now uses libdaemon to daemonize
and to manage the PID file.  There are also a few bug fixes as
follows...

* Using NETLINK_NO_ENOBUFS on the netlink socket.  Radvd might loop
with "socket error on fds[1].fd" messages
in poll function when netlink overruns and sets POLLERR without
NETLINK_NO_ENOBUFS.
* Without "DecrementLifetimes" on, we now include the prefix option in
the RA packets even when AdvPreferredLifetime equals 0, and set
AdvPreferredLifetime as user specified (zero).
* Fixed DNSSL parsing bug (Debian bug #634458)
