I was under the impression that Zebra already included router
advertisement functionality.  However, I may be wrong since I don't use
Zebra myself.

I don't think there's any reason this setup wouldn't work.  Just be
careful to keep your Zebra configuration in sync with the radvd
configuration.  Otherwise you may start advertising the wrong prefixes, or
on the wrong interfaces, or whatever.  -Nathan
