I'm not sure I see the point here... What is wrong with rewriting the
whole config file? The only possible justification would be supporting
configurations with multiple advertised prefixes, only one of which is
delegated from Freenet6. However, in a more complex setup like this, the
administrator should be maintaining the config file by hand rather than
having it done by an automated utility. -Nathan
