[radvd-devel-l] please test the code, new release pending

Hi,

As there have been a large number of bugfixes and improvements, and 
there has been no release for a long time (leading to duplicated work 
when people realize CVS has already a feature/bugfix), I think we 
should release a new version of radvd soon, in a week or so.

I've merged a couple of final fixes from USAGI, particularly regarding 
the scheduling of RAs, so please check out the latest code from CVS 
and test it out -- and report problems/successes.
