Current specifications don't support stateless address 
autoconfiguration with a prefix length differing from /64.

Some implementations might (but I don't know of any) listen for 
shorter prefixes (e.g., /48) on a designated upstream interface, and 
advertise /64's from it on designated downstream interfaces, but we 
don't do that.

If you have a shorter prefix, you'll have to delegate the prefixes 
manually or using something like DHCPv6-PD, and then run radvd (or 
something else) for /64's obtained from there.
