[radvd-devel-l] Using radvd-0.7.3 - Linux Fedora Core 3 ?

First, I suggest using Fedora Core's radvd RPM instead of compiling 
from source.

Check your /var/log/messages, the error message should be printed 
there.

Alternatively, you can run 'radvd -C /etc/radvd.conf -m stderr' to get 
the errors on screen, and if that doesn't give you enough information, 
add '-d 20' debug switch as well.
