I can see it on Wireshark just fine, it's just that wireshark or 
tcpdump can't decode it either:

     ICMPv6 options
         Type: 24 (Unknown)
         Length: 24 bytes (3)

But from the hex dump, you will see it's there:

0060  00 00 00 00 00 00 18 03 40 00 00 00 00 5a 20 04   ........ at ....Z .
0070  00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 02 01 01   ................
