[radvd-devel-l] RDNSS Option

Hi,

for a project at school (at the ENSEEIHT, Toulouse), we had to work on 
autoconfiguration.
We have implemented the rdnss option in radvd (with an arbitrary type 
number because it's not yet defined by the IANA)

Attached with this mail is an archive of the code we have modified 
(sorry to send a whole archive instead of a patch).
