Not really. 
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-jeong-dnsop-ipv6-dns-discovery-12.txt 
provides an experimental mechanism for DNS resolver configuration. 
It's supported by radvd, but I don't believe it's implemented by 
default in any host implementations.
