[radvd-devel-l] Interfaces with capital letters

This has brought up a couple of times.  Back in June, I suggested that 
the scanner would accept basically any string (perl equivalent of 
something like '\S+').  Would you be interested in trying to create 
(and test) such a more generic solution?
