Hi all,

Here's radvd 1.8 alpha for testing...

There have been a number of features added.
1. FlushRoute
2. DeprecatePrefix
3. Base6Interface
4. DecrementLifetimes
5. Listen for interface state changes over a netlink socket
6. Timer code has been replaces with poll

I only recall applying one patch for a bug (fixed Debian Bug#615625).  There
probably are other outstanding bugs which need attention.

If you have time, please seek out some radvd bug reports, verify they are
fixed in 1.8 alpha or submit patches.
