[radvd-devel-l] radvd 1.8 RC1

Hi All,

A few patches have been applied to the first alpha package.  Here's
the release candidate.  If you have some time, please do some testing
on it.  One thing I'm especially interested in is if building the RPMs
work correctly (I'm no RPM guru).

If all goes well, I'll release this in a week or two.
