[radvd-devel-l] radvd v2.15 released

Hi,

RADVD v2.15 has been posted.  These are the items included in this
release...

   - Moved auto prefix code from config file parser to send_ra.
   - Merged ARPHRD_6LOWPAN netlink query from
   - Add systemd service file

The first item, 'Moved auto prefix code...' fixes a long standing issue
where RADVD has to reparse the config file to update automatic prefixes
such as ::/64, Base6Interface, and Base6to4Interface.
