Hi,

I've noticed a glitch in the systemd radvd.service unit service file: it 
wrongly assumes that the ExecXXX= definitions will be run as a shell 
script, which they aren't. This affects ExecReload=. I've done a patch 
and tested it on recent Raspbian Jessie using the GitHub radvd version. 
I've send a pull request to the GitHub reubenhwk/radvd repository.
