Oh yeah, I should post that on the webpage. For now:
$ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at cvs.litech.org:/work/cvsroot login
<password is blank>
$ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at cvs.litech.org:/work/cvsroot checkout spook
$ aclocal-1.8
$ automake-1.8 -a -c
$ autoconf-2.59
$ autoheader-2.59
You can try using older autobuild tools but I haven't tested with them
