[spook-l] CVS and mailing list restored

After we had a bit of a server failure (actually, an admin failure), the 
mailing list and CVS repository for Spook should be back online.  The 
mailing list archive was lost, but there were only a half-dozen messages 
so I think it wasn't too catastrophic.
