thank you !first I cross compile xvidcore 1.1.0 then I use 

"./configure --host=arm-linux --build==arm CC=arm-linux-gcc \
	  CFLAGS=-I/usr/local/arm/2.95.3/arm-linux/include \
             LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/arm/2.95.3/arm-linux/lib" to configure 
spook.
