Probably "man radvd" and "man radvd.conf" are what you're looking for.

I think you're confused about the purpose of radvd.  It does not perform
any routing, multicast or otherwise, although it is often installed on
systems that perform routing.  radvd sends IPv6 router advertisement
messages which are mostly used configure addresses on IPv6 hosts using the
autonomous address configuration method described in RFC 2461.  -Nathan
