[radvd-devel-l] default route not getting deleted

The address lifetime and default router lifetime are two different 
things.  You may have modified just one of them.  Try setting 
AdvDefaultLifetime.  If that doesn't help, run tcpdump (with '-n -vvv 
-s0' switches) on the host to figure out how the router advertisement 
looks like.
