[radvd-devel-l] Code audit and minor cleanups

Hi,

I made some code audit using tools like splint, uno, valgrind, etc. 
This uncovered some potential NULL pointer deference issues (if malloc 
would fail), using uninitialized memory, minor memory leaks, etc.  I 
also did a couple of minor cleanups on the side.

If you're interested, check the CVS commit logs for more information. 
Testing of CVS HEAD also wouldn't be a bad idea if you're into it :-)
