[radvd-devel-l] 1.8.5rc1 fix for wrong PID in PID file

Hi,

A bug was quickly found in 1.8.4 where the PID in the PID file was
wrong.  1.8.5rc1 fixes it.  If no other problems are found in the next
couple days I'm going to release this as 1.8.5.
