[radvd-devel-l] radvd wrongly sends all subnets from all interfaces to the first interface

It's not simply the first interface as listed in the config file, but indeed
looks like a VLAN problem.

Each of the eth0.* VLANs gets its own advertisements only (i.e. working ok);

Whereas the eth0 itself sees not only what's configured for eth0, but
everything that is configured for every of the eth0.* too!!!
