Spook supports this in CVS.

Actually, it's not a standard at all, so it would be more appropriate to 
say, "MS decided not to copy that proprietary Netscape feature."  :-)

I believe there are some Java and ActiveX applets that will display
multipart streams correctly in IE, but IMHO, if you're going to use a
plug-in, use QuickTime to display real video...
