I really don't get your point, perhaps because this is natural to me.

3ffe::1 is an address, not a prefix.  3ffe::{1,2,3}/64 are all part of one
prefix.

===> Sorry , I wrote it incorrectly. My mistake. I wanted to write
3ffe:0:0:1::/64.

You could do e.g.:

eth0:
   3ffe:ffff:0:1::/64
   3ffe:ffff:0:2::/64
   3ffe:fffe:0:0::/64

eth1:
   3ffe:ffff:0:3::/64
   3ffe:ffff:0:4::/64
   3ffe:fffe:0:1::/64

There are many many ways.

Ok lets take ur example.
Can I say that the link on eth0 is different network from link on eth1 ?
Does it mean that all prefixes advertised on eth0 or eth1 represent one
network ?
